Viewing pornography[porn] online is not illegal
This is unfortunate as it means even minors can view porn sites on the internet without getting ino trouble if blocks are not put in place.I have warn you that if you are caught by your school teachers or parents , life will become very uncomfortable. More importantly , it is danger that you will be drawn into a web ofkinky sex that will frighten away decent sexual partners as the more involved a person is with porn the more lurid must be the activities before the individual can get sexual satisfaction. Most people regret their forays into this degrading world.

Possession of pornographic material is illegal
If you download pornographic material ,this will mean you are in possession of porn and his is an offence. This is listed as a crime in Singapore under the Film Act.

Uploading and/or distributing pornographic material is an offence
Under the Film Act , if you upload and/or distribute porn you are committing an offence. You must be aware of these fine lines if you are to keep your nose clean , as saying goes. The act of possession is an offence.

Filming yourself of filming thers engaging in sexual acts is also illegal
If doesn't matter if you do it in a studio or use your mobile phone. Making obscene films is illegal. Be careful of taking sexually explicit photos too.

Cyber sex?
The position on this is that cyber sex is not a crime but the danger is it can lead to sex with a minor which is a criminal offence. In singapore, having sex with a girl below age of 14 is considered statutory rape. It does not matter if it is with or without her consent. The maximum sentence for a male who engages in sex with a girl below the age of 14 is a fine of up to $10,000 and a jail term of up to five years. It does not matter if the guy involved is a minor himself. The law is very clear on this point. Teenagers tke note of this. Ignorance is not a defence , claiming it was consensual is not a defence either.

Sexual Molestation.
Every child has the right to be protected from a sexual predator regardless of the relationship to the child.I have had so many letters from the victims both guys and girls and i have advised an immediate visit to the doctor and then making a police report. I have come across cases where even mothers protect the male offender. Girls and guys , know your rights. You have nothing to be ashamed of if you are molested because you are a victim.

Online Sex is not Safe.
Many teenagers mistakenly believe that engaging in naughty chat with online "friends" are harmless. Perverts , especially paedophiles , lurk on many sites bidding their time. They track , chat-up and lure innocent youth into sex.Teenagers must be alert at all times . You may tell the truthbut what guarantee do you have the other party is honest?Many teens have become victims because of this.
